Welcome to Dortek Retail
Dortek Limited has been established for over 35 years and throughout that time has been heavily involved in the Retail Industry, particularly Supermarkets. Over the last 2-3 years Dortek have put a particular emphasis on the Retail arm of the business in an effort to increase our market share, but also to improve the standard of customer service that we give to our existing clients.
We are pleased to say that this extra emphasis has proved very successful and has, as hoped, increased both our sales into this sector and our Customer Service.
This success has led to additional resources being added to the department, our own specific Retail brochure, which is downloadable from this site, and now, of course, this website.
The next step in our plan in growing our Retail department was to diversify the type and number of products that we supply and install, creating a ‘One-stop-Shop’ for end users and contractors.
Our main products is, and will always be, our ‘S’ type GRP double action door which I am sure the majority of you will have seen in your local supermarket. Literally, there are thousands of this product in supermarket and retail stores throughout the UK and Ireland with a breakthrough into Europe also being worked on.
We have now added further products to our range which are detailed in other pages on this site.
These products range from the specialised GRP double action crash door already mentioned to steel security doors, internal timber doors, PVC double action crash doors as well as Loading Bay doors and associated accessory’s and Rapid Rise doors.
All of our products come with installation carried out by time served experienced engineers who are all directly employed and carry CSCS cards.
